Entretien
I received an email from the Technical Recruiter and the information provided was intriguing so I responded. Once I responded, it progress rather quickly. I had a quick phone call with the recruiter and then the hiring manager. We got lucky with timing and I was able to be interviewed on site within the week of the initial phone calls.
Once onsite, it was a series of interviews with 4 people that would be working closely with the person in the role. They kept the interviews pretty conversational (which I prefer) and made sure to give me a chance to ask questions at the end. The onsite was about 2.5 to 3 hours.
After the on-site, I did have to wait a little bit for them to conclude their process. Throughout the process, the recruiting team was super responsive.
