She asked a few questions but majorly has me write one article and research and make one video only to tell that sorry they don't have vacancy. Like then why would you have someone go through such a skilltest. Either you give feedback so candidate feels that their time was not wasted and they can improve in the future, or you say you don't have a vacancy in the first place
