The interview process is of 4 rounds, first 3 technical with some JS and problem solving questions, in the 4th round a guy named Satish Bhat asks you on System Design. After 4th round they informed that since I don't have lead experience I am not selected. Whereas during the initial screening itself I mentioned that I am an individual contributor. And all the 4 rounds happen in office , so you have to travel in Bengaluru trafiic to attend these inerviews
