It was really easy. You go in, take a short (possibly timed) math test and watch a short video vaguely describing QuikTrip. If you pass, you get an interview. They will ask you typical interview questions. After you're finished they give you a free drink coupon and tell you'll they'll get back to you within 14 business days. Then, you just have to wait

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
