Entretien
Quiktrip only hires about 2% of their applicants they receive. They are very selective about whom they hire. If you are considering applying, they will expect you to pass a Math aptitude test (because of how they operate their registers) and having prior knowledge of what Quiktrip is is VERY crucial. If you think Quiktrip is "just another gas station or convenience store" then you have already failed. Quiktrip sets the high standard when it comes to quality & friendliness.

They will just ask you direct questions about you & work ethics. Nothing I felt was difficult or outlandish.

Simple interview. Make sure you have scenarios that showcase your customer service skills as that is an important aspect of the job. Also dress for success even if you are applying for part time. Most of the teens that interviewed alongside me were not dressed professionally

Asked a handful of questions, was very nice. Got good information about the job but still a little curious about what the overall pay would be. Hoping to get more clarification on that soon.

Entretien
Fast and straight to the point. You will walk in and be given a sheet of paper to fill out the rest of your application on the computers provided. You will be given some math problems but you’ll be able to use a calculator. After that they will have you fill out another form and proceed to be interviewed by one HR person before they let you know if you’re hired or not. If your schedule is fully open and you are flexible and don’t have too many restrictions, they will more than likely extend you an offer especially if you answer the questions right.
