Entretien
I was initially contacted by a Talent Acquisition Manager to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. The phone interview went very well and overall was a positive experience. Made it to the next step in the interview process, which was an in-person interview with two hiring managers.
I arrived to the interview 10 minutes early and waited in the reception area for 40 minutes for the interviewers. They did not even apologize for making me wait so long (this was a red flag from the start). The whole interview felt much more like an interrogation than anything else. The male interviewer was extremely condescending and rude. Most of the questions that were asked did not even apply to the position I applied for.

I applied online and received an email the same day from recruiter, Rebekah. I had a phone interview with Rebekah first then she scheduled me for an in person interview with the VP. I arrived at the office and was satisfied with how well prepared they were with covid, they had a health questionnaire, hand sanitizer, masks and even a glass table shield in the conference room which allowed us to remove our mask during the interview.
I interviewed with Luke Odelle, he was very professional and very nice. He allowed me to ask questions and made me feel comfortable.
Very professional and detailed. They showed me around the office and then two individuals interviewed me. They asked many questions trying to get to know me and about my past experiences.
