J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Questrade
Entretien
Recruiter reached out about the role and set up a phone screen. Next step was a call with 2 design leads to talk about background and design. Third interview was pretty much the same as the second but with more designers and the director of design/web.
The interviews were rapid fire questions about design. Everything was so robotic. They barely got to know me as a person.
After each stage of the interview process they said they would get back to me in 2 days but that was far from the case. I had to follow up 2 weeks later for an update and I didn't get the offer. You'd think that after 3 rounds of interviews to inform you that you didn't get the offer.
Recruiter was nice with but the team seemed depressing.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Questrade (Toronto, ON) en avr. 2022
Entretien
One-hour call with Senior UX Manager and UX Manager, three people in total. Behaviour questions, tell me about yourself, case study presentations. They were very interested in the design process explanation.
