Telephone first to ask availability, expectation of salary. Then someone called to set up a phone interview. Phone interview takes about ten minutes, roughly going through resume.
Then someone called to set up face to face interview of 30 min.

There was only one panelist and he started with self-intro. Then asked me about my main project as well as side projects "in detail" .
After that, he asked me about my preferable prog. language and asked me to do the last problem I did.
Then concepts in OOPS like inheritance, abstraction, polymorphism, etc were asked.
There were no questions related to HR
