A 2 hour process. A Culture interview, experience interview and then specific interview with department. The cultural was about the background of the company and the department. The experience was with a mix of manager and technical leads asking about where I have worked. The last part was a "test" of sorts about my skills and if time permitted a presentation of any achievements of projects i could present on.

Very fast and clear hiring process. Explained everything clearly, both HR team and technical supervisors. I can say that I was fully satisfied and I would recommend to other people

What do you think is the most important think to advance in you job position?
Interview went fine, good questions for the specific background and some were not easy to answer because of the hard difficulty that they had. Also was not sure of the outcome of the interview as i had to wait for a feedback.
