I attended the Interview in Quest office, Trivandrum. The Interview took place in 3 levels. First was a technical round. Most of the questions were application level. 2nd was Managerial and third was HR. I reached the venue by 9.30 am but had to wait till 1.00 pm for the first round. The round went really well. The interviewer was knowledgeable. I waited till 4.30 pm for the next round, then the HR came and told me that I ll have the next round over phone on a later date. Could have told me a few hours back. After a week HR called and scheduled the managerial round, it also went really well. After 2 days I got a call from HR to discuss salary. We negotiated and came to an agreement. She said that she will release the offer that day it self. But I didn't get any emails. I called her back after a few days, but she said that my application is in pending status, whatever it is, and said that she will give me an update in few days, but I never got the call. Again after few days I called her and she said that my application is now approved, but she can only give me so and so amount- there goes all our negotiations. What kind of HR do such things. I rejected the offer.
