Cold called by a Quest recruiter based on an online resume. Initial screening was done over the phone. Invited in for an in-person interview 3 weeks later. In-person interview consisted of department head and direct manager (team leader). Very informal with going down my resume making sure I met requirements for the position. Interview went very well and after completion of background check was given offer, which I turned down.

During initial conversation they agreed to match the number but after interview they said they don't have budget wasted my 2 weeks. It really demotivated me and I was expecting something from them because I was ready to relocate as well

Interview process is totally done by technical team. Later after interview completion, they haven't told anything so I left. After reaching 10km, HR person called me for coming back for another interview. This shows no communication between their teams and HR person in time and playing with candidates. Also after Interview process like reimbursement is also so pathetic and they apply their internal policy to candidate which was not even communicated in prior. How come candidate knows about their internal policy of travel limits. Totally disappointed.

Entretien
1st round was phone interview and second was F2F. After the 2nd round, they said they'll let me know the next step but the HR appeared to be confused and later kept saying that the hiring manager was not providing an update. They also ignored my travel expense claims without even an update. Waste of time and effort.
