Hiring and interview process is standard
I was contacted by a recruiter who conducted an initial screening. Having passed this initial screening I met for over an hour with a team of hiring managers. The feedback I got back from the recruiter was positive and I was called back for a second interview. Process is straightforward adn is done in a professional manner

They took three rounds of interview of process:
1st round: Technical round with Manager
2nd round: technical round with Manager along with other stakeholders.
3rd round: HR discussion
The whole interview process has been completed within 20 days.

First-round was on the phone and then the second round was in person with the Project Manager, HR manager, and Director. The interview was very relaxed and felt like more of a conversation than an interview, one of their interview even gave me a quick tour of the establishment.

For me the interview process was seamless but I know that has changed and it takes a long time for a recruiter to follow through. We have lost potential candidates because the process takes so long and the person has already found another job.
