      I received an email from the recruiter February 20th. I showed my interest in the profile and one week later I was sent a hackerearth test to complete. I was also asked to complete the test soon as they're hiring aggressively and would like to move fast. I completed the test successfully and submitted the very next day. 3 days passed there was no response from the recruiter. I decided to email and 7 days later I got a reply that they will check and let me know the feedback. Guess what, the position was already filled by then which was the reason I didn't get any response. 20 days later, I get another email from the very same recruiter saying that they're still hiring and if I'm interested. I said yes but then again after that I never received any feedback or call from them. I was totally frustrated by then. 75 days later, I get another email from the very same recruiter saying that they're still hiring. My bad I again said yes and decided to disappoint myself. I was invited for a Round -1 Zoom call with one of the tech folks. It went on for around 60 minutes and I felt it went well. Got the feedback within an hour from the interview end and said that they're hiring aggressively and they would like to move fast. I was invited for another round of zoom call with another tech guy and this also went on for around 60 minutes. I again felt that it went great. A day later they asked if I can attend one more round of zoom call with some other interviewer before the on-site interviews. I thought this is going in the right direction and said yes. Both the previous 1 and 2 rounds were about the problem-solving approach. The 3rd zoom call was more about the architecture of my current project and test frameworks. I went on for about 80-85 minutes. In the end, I felt it was really good. I felt satisfied with the entire interview process. The very same day I get an email from the recruiter saying that, "After much consideration, they've decided not to move forward this time." I responded saying that I was hopeful of a positive response and would like to know where it went wrong as all discussions we had gone pretty well. As always, I got no response. Now, I'm not sure they hired some local candidate for the position or actually I was a misfit for their TALENTED tech team. There is absolutely no clarity from the recruiters to the candidates they're reaching out to. It's like even if you're offered and they find some other local candidate or someone with less compensation, your offer would be put on hold. My sincere advice to the recruiting team and management is to take this seriously. They're already a lot of bad reviews here and more such reviews won't do any good. Please do not keep the candidates in the dark and don't use them as an option. Respect their time and efforts too. Even if you decide not to select a candidate please update them with the correct reason as to why this rejection is being made. If it's a profile mismatch, or the candidate didn't do well or you actually plan on hiring someone else. It'll go a long way.

      Interview process is very transparent. Completely Technical skills based, back up your technical skills written in your resume. Questions Data Structures. A few Technical questions with your project based understanding. All interviewers were highly skilled and you ll have an awesome conversation. Reading about the company will help a lot in all the rounds. A BIG shoutout to HR team does an awesome job and help you in every way during the interview process.

      Application: I got a mail from Recruiter by Instahyre.com to which I responded and got my interview scheduled Interview: I had only one round of interview where I was asked 4 coding questions. 2 of them were from LinkedList. I was able to solve all the questions but not in the most optimised way. The questions were not very difficult but at that moment I was not able to come up with the best solution. The feedback was provided by HR on mail about not going forward but over call a described reason. I accept I was not performing my best on interview day thus no more rounds.
