      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Quatt (Amsterdam) en mars 2025

      "The process was chaotic, from reminding the recruiter to send me an invite, to an interviewer not being present. The meeting was immediately rescheduled that same day though. After 4 rounds including creating and presenting a business case, I received no feedback, and they completely stopped all contact. I send an email to request for feedback, but received no response. They did however republish the vacancy on LinkedIn, approached my manager and tried to recruit them for the same role. I assumed we are all working professionals, so if a candidate is not the right one for the role, you at least tell them - so they can move on. But Quatt handled this in a very distasteful manner. Imagine the time and effort that goes into 4 rounds. I would definitely avoid this company. The way you treat candidates, is to me a reflection of a lot of things. Never have I experienced this strange treatment before 0/5⭐️ for the ghosting. First a call with the recruiter, resume check and some behavioral questions. We jumped from topic to topic, and went 30 min overtime. So no structure. 2nd interview with chief of staff and co-founder, this was mainly behavioral questions. 3rd with a team lead, and 4th business case with the 2 co-founders. One of the co-founders was constantly yawning and checking his smartwatch. Which threw me off, at this point I knew I was not the right candidate, and I felt uncomfortable. I then tried to rush through the last part of the case."
