From the beginning, the process was very straightforward. After an initial screen with the internal recruiter, I completed a take-home challenge that I then reviewed with the hiring manager. After a few information interviews with team members, there was another interview that was structured as a brief demo followed by a group interview. The final interview was with Mario. The challenge and the demo were definitely the most difficult and challenging steps. Everything went as expected for a Solutions Engineering position.
