I was interviewed by this renowned organization for 2 rounds of interviews since past 2 months and after that their HR team will ghost you for no reason. No response on calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS. After following up like 10 times, they will pass the decision on another recruiter and promise that another recruiter will reach out by EOD and EOD never comes. Again after requesting them on SMS, they will still keep you hanging and promise that they will come back after few days. Again no timeline on "few days". Please stop hanging candidates being in such respected HR profession. You may simply inform the candidate on the status of their application, even if its a No. Not at all happy and very very bad interviewing experience so far.
