As a 15 years veteran in the field, I couldn't get through the interview. It was just too insulting. The questions and manner of asking reflected a lack of insight into my resume, cover letter, and portfolio site, as well as a lack of understanding of the field she was recruiting for. I understand she does not have a lot of experience but this still has to go down as a pretty offensive job interview. No one has time for this, much less someone with this much experience and skill.
