Three Rounds where they ask you to switch on your camera but never switch on their camera. Speaks of culture.
First round technical interview - but all they ask is if you have previous IT corporate experience and if you can communicate well. Freshers or very less experienced people take this interview who have no clue what to ask and how to evaluate, they come with a checklist of questions. No industry background to them.
Second round technical interview - but again nothing technical. Ask you to go through your resume and then ask general questions related to the job role.
Third round HR - will do everything to get below your skin and ask every personal detail so they can leverage that in the negotiation for salary. The problem is it is very obvious and visible as they are inexperienced and too fresh to play the tactic properly.
They messed it up keeping me on hold for long and it was clear that they were looking at other people in that time but I guess the other people were smart and didn't join
Relevant questions were asked. Mostly on work ex and agentic AI concepts. Deep dive into these concepts. Questions also revolved around the architecture and deployment flows. How to implement in business. Few behavioral questions.

Entretien
It was a good interview. They asked a lot about my past experience and focused on questions related to the requirements of the role. Overall, the interview was about understanding whether I am a good fit for the position. They also asked many technical questions.
