It is a very quick process. I applied and within two I was hired. I received a phone call interview from a outside agency representing Quanta. Then I received a phone call from Terry Liu and he then scheduled me in for an in person interview. During the interview, Terry included two different people at separate times. I then met his father who is part owner and president of the company. It took two days for them to call and let me know I had the position. In all it took less than week from the first call to get an offer.
