J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Qualtrics (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
I had undergone 7 interviews - each one focused on a different element of the job, each with a different interviewer or interviewers. Each conversation was via zoom, and the process took approx 3 months. Some of the conversations were centred on the Qualtrics values, some around hypothetical situations with the clients, some around specific challenges I had encountered in my experience to date that might have supported me in developing the skills necessary for the CSM role at Qualtrics.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Describe situations where you found resistance within the organization and how you overcame them. Examples of how you have effected change in your team/company. Talk about experiences learned from mistakes made during an engagement and how we corrected them. Tell me about a time you made a decision while your boss was not around. Tell me about a time when you failed to meet a client expectation. Tell me about a time when something you were doing was not working and you had to change tack. - How would you determine that an account is a growth account? How would you assess which ones were strategically more important? And how would you prioritise them? - How would you determine whether you’re in a conversation with the right stakeholders? And how would you determine who were the ‘right stakeholders’? And if you were not in relationship/conversation with them - how would you get to them? What would you do in the first 30 days of your work? What would you find most challenging in this role? What would be your growth area?
The process included interviews with a recruiter, the hiring manager, a peer, and a final round, where I answered questions about my reactions in client-facing situations under realistic professional pressure.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Qualtrics (Sydney)
Entretien
Interviewed for Sydney, CSM/CSMAssociate role.
Went through 3 rounds.
First round: With the recruiter, very lovely and asked standard questions
Second round: With a senior team member. This interview went well and they said with my experience, I'd be more aligned to the CSM (not assoc.) role.
Third round: With the manager, in-person. He was 20 mins late to collect me from the lobby before the interview started. He explained to me that the role has now changed and they're looking for someone technical. Within 15 mins of the interview, he told me I was not a right fit due to the role change.
Going from being told I would suit better to a senior role to then being rejected on the spot in an in-person interview was brutal. They really made my come in for an interview for a job that didn't exist. Truly dodged a bullet, good riddance.

Recruiter interview then 4 rounds of interviews. Starts with hiring manager, then cross functional, then a values (TACOS) interview and finally an interview with the department leader. Mostly situational questions where they expect you to draw from examples about a time you did XYZ.
