15 minute screen with recruiter and 30 minutes with hiring manager. Decline email followed literally 10 minutes after the interview. I asked if it was some kind of mistake and they said not. I also asked for feedback which they declined to give. Definitely one of the worst and strangest interview experiences I’ve ever been through - especially for a supposed XM company.
