In one word? Lengthy. Multiple phone interviews, face to face interviews, and a case study. Nothing outside the ordinary, but prepare to run the gauntlet.
I didn't find anything too challenging - despite the "Technology" wording in the title, the questions were not technical (they did ask a handful of remarkably simple questions, which makes me think that amount of hands on development is next to zero). A lot of the focus was on dealing with customers, handling certain scenarios in the project life-cycle; things that with customer facing experience you'll probably have.
With all that said, it seems like there is a lot of growth at the company and that can bring interesting responsibilities outside what I described above, if you're willing to take them on.
