I was ghosted for almost a month after I completed two remote interviews, two interviews on-site, a 5-hour online course on computing and programming, a technical assessment on the course, and a questionnaire where your answers are recorded on video. Eventually I heard back from Qualtrics that they had decided to move on with a different candidate. Reading other reviews here on Glassdoor, I see I am not the only person who went through something like this. Qualtrics send candidates an interview experience survey after each step in the process except the last one (when you last hear from them). If they want to improve their interview process, they should think about sending a final survey too.
