It was a long and tedious application process. Though all recruitment staff were prompt after each stage, all of the stages dragged out the process far too much. After completing the application, screening, computer science lesson and exam, and four separately, sequentially (with performance reviews after each) scheduled interviews. I was not offered a position. I emailed my recruiter and asked her how I could improve in my application, but she has yet declined to reply. Though I was contented (albeit a little exasperated) with the application process, it seems as if my last interview, which was conducted by an employee in Dublin, was the deciding factor, as my penultimate interviewer said I would be a great fit and that he would hire me. Hopefully the recruiter replies to me soon.
