The interviewing process took 2 .5 hours. 1.5 hours consisted of filling out pre-employment paperwork. The other hour consisted of being interviewed by the program director and a supervisor for one of the teams. You're first interviewed by the program director, and I guess if you pass her test you are sent to a second tier of the interview. It was a very relaxed, upfront, and honest interview. The employer does everything she can to make you feel comfortable with her. Same goes for the specific supervisor who interviewed me but you could end up having to meet with someone different.
