Had initial interview with HR and had to rate skillsets with technology, very basic. Next interview was with their CFO, very friendly and very respectful. CFO wants to know how you do X,Y and Z issues. IT Field support is the wrong job title for this job. Better or more closely matched title would be systems administrator or IT Manager.
