Short and very structured. Must exceed qualifications. I was hired in a couple of days and began training within a week. I have enjoyed the experience of working with people on a daily basis from all over. That part is phenomenal. I also am very well attuned and knowledgeable about and with the area having lived here over half my life.

Very simple interview, Ask what your good at and what you are not. Ask about work history as well and education. All in all i had a awesome girl that interviewed me. she deserves a raise due to taking on multiple shifts!
