Got through the phone interview, information was to the point and was told position would go in more detail during first interview. Did not expect a panel interview but was prepared. Was asked a lot of questions about my qualifications and challenged to talk about my passion. I learned a lot about myself and what I have to offer but more importantly what I can learn from others. The company selection process is rigorous and you deal with straight shooters. I am ready to be shown how to step up and keep up with the company.
