Disappointing end at QualiTest The first two rounds went really well, and I was hopeful. However, in the third round, the interviewer barely gave me a chance to speak and oddly started answering his own questions. He then accused me of cheating, which was upsetting—I even showed him my surroundings to clarify, after which he seemed satisfied. Since then, I haven’t received any update. It’s been over two weeks, and the HR has completely ghosted me—no rejection mail, no feedback, nothing. At the very least, candidates deserve clear communication and closure.
