The recruitment process for the job involved several rounds of interviews. The first interview was with the HR department to assess my qualifications and experience. Then, I had a second interview with the team supervisor to get a better understanding of the specific responsibilities of the position and to assess my compatibility with the team, and some specific tests. Finally, I had a third interview with the head supervisor to discuss the scope of the job and to determine if I was the right fit for the company.
