J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Qualcomm (San Diego, CA) en janv. 2015
Entretien
Seven interviews: screening interview on phone with one person, phone interview with two people, on-site with one person, three-quarters-of-a-day on-site with eight different people, on-site again with two of the eight, two more phone interviews with two people at other offices. From applying to the first interview was about two weeks, from the first interview to the last interview was over two months, and then another month before getting an initial offer. It was a ridiculous process, and I wouldn't have taken the job except that they agreed to a large enough salary (still a mistake).

Very nice and professional to the point and quick turnaround. They know what talent is required and are smart enough to judge it in small round of interview. Best to not bluff as they look more to ability to learn rather than wt we already know.

2 Technical + 1 US Round + 1 Mgr Round + 1 HR Round is the style. I went for a walk-in interview in 2011 and people are classy and smart. The manage the process so smoothly that you won't feel bored.
