HR called me as per my Linkedin job application and had brief discussion about my experience. 1-1 Interview was scheduled over Zoom. Interviewer was friendly however not sure about requirement. He appreciated my knowledge and overall experience however he me told that they are ONLY looking for people with certain ERP experience. How come they scheduled interview first thing when I already mentioned everything there on resume. Also, if you liked a candidate profile, does it make sense to reject someone over such a small thing like ERP knowledge which anyone can learn in few days. Simply wasted my time. Please clear your requirements while posting a job and mention mandatory skill required so people dont apply for the same.
