I was first conntacted by email by HR to inform me I will be interviewed by phone by the Hiring Manager. Phone interview went very well. I realized there was good connection. Next day I receiver an email from HR asking me availability for an on-site interview I did interview on site with the hiring manager, two colegues, four directors and a manager All interviews went very well except for one I did think I was overqualified for the position which I did corroborate once I did take job
