I submitted my profile to their online job system. I didn't apply to this specific position but the staffing coordinator contacted me and arranged two technical phone interview. The first interviewer basically asked questions about my resume and it lasted for about an hour. The second interviewer asked me questions about the design of an oscillator and cut off the interview after figured out I don't have experience on RF design.
