J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Qualcomm en oct. 2010
Entretien
I survived two interviews in Qualcomm, one as a college new graduate and another a few years later as a more experienced RF engineer. Both interviews resulted in job offers. And I am a lowly BS.
The interviews are technical. Just don't let them rattle you. Have fun with it. Smiling goes a long way. If you get stuck, discuss your thought process with the interviewing engineer. He or she can tell if you are on the right track. They will give you hints. And you don't have to get every question correct. I remember missing one or two. Just remember to always keep a positive attitude, a smiling face and above all ask lots of intelligent questions.
I would recommend going into the interview with some of the fundamentals of your expertise fresh in your mind. For example, an RF Engineer should know his way around a Smith Chart and know what IP3, NF, gain, band width, dynamic range and match is as a minimum.
Working in Qualcomm, I found it refreshing working with a group of sharp people. Their interview process has succeeded in creating such an environment.

2. dsa 1 qn (medium) and a api read and manipulate qns from hacker rank

HR & Technical, pretty standard. There was a few coding questions, and the interviewer was helpful and they were trying to help clarify the questions. HR was helpful and made a lot of customizations for me
