I want to start off by saying I understand how difficult it is to sift through multiple candidates to find the right fit for the role, but I don't think that is an excuse for unprofessionalism. I applied online and spoke with a recruiter shortly after. They scheduled me for an interview with the director of sales. The recruiter was very professional and educated me about the role. However, the next interviewer rescheduled my interview minutes before my appointment. The second time, he did not show up at all, and the third time, he seemed very uninterested, sometimes visibly yawning during the interview. Companies like this actively make the job search harder for applicants and often leave a bad taste of the company in the minds of many. I have never witnessed such antisocial, unprofessional behavior when it comes to trying to hire a potential candidate
