HR person was super nice during phone screening. I had my interview online with two people. Controller didn’t even put a camera on so I was just sitting there and looking at black screen, made me feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately she made me felt unwanted since the beginning, seemed like she wasn’t happy about my candidacy so I’m not sure how I ended up having this interview in the first place. Second part of interview with Controller assistant was fine, she was super nice and happily put camera on so I didn’t feel weird anymore. During Interview I knew already that this job is not a good fit for me. I still think that company looks like great place to work, unfortunately I had an awkward experience with hiring manager. I saw the same job posting for the next two months, showing up again and again so it seemed like no one was good enough.
