I had a very positive experience with Qlik’s interview process for the Demand Specialist position. Overall, the process was smooth, well structured, and clearly communicated from start to finish. My first interaction was with Patrik, who handled the initial screening and background discussion. He stood out for his professionalism and consideration (he even proactively informed me that he would be going on holiday and set clear expectations on when I would hear back). This level of transparency is rare and helped avoid the uncertainty that I faced in other companies processes. The second interview was with Horacio, my manager. He was very professional, approachable, and made the conversation engaging. He clearly explained the role, expectations, and how the team operates, while also taking the time to understand my experience and how I approach challenges. The final interview with John-Joss (JJ) was equally positive. He did a great job of creating a comfortable environment and focused not only on my professional background but also on my personal skills, interests, and ambitions. It felt like a genuine conversation rather than an evaluation. What really stood out throughout the entire process was the consistency in communication, the respect for my time, and the overall human approach. The interviews were well paced, structured, and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and understand the role in depth. The team was kind, transparent, and genuinely interested in getting to know me beyond just my CV. I could explain my transferable skills and what I could bring to the role. Overall, this was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. It truly reflects a company culture that values organization, professionalism, and candidate experience.
