The recruiter interviewed me scheduled a second interview and then canceled the next day. They then told me I was being considered for a different position and then canceled on that interview too.

There was a quick phone screen with the recruiter first. Then an interview with 3 people, the recruiter and two managers, asking questions. Asked about experience and some basic knowledge of solar cells

It was literally a 4min phone call. The interviewer asked me if i had any internship or any work experience in manufacturing. which i really didn't have as I'm a new college grad. i told her about the project that i did in my bachelors related to manufacturing.
