The senior management, middle management and line manager along with hr are part of the panel
It was quite easy. Three-step interview, no assignment. I think it is definitely based on your competitors and how quickly do they need to fill up the position.

Entretien
I applied through website and after 4 weeks I was invited to a phone interview. Phone interviews at Qatar Airways are usually booked for 30 minutes but mine took only 15. There were two managers interviewing me and were very polite but did not give any feedback on the answers that I was giving during the interview. They asked questions about my knowledge about the specific role and subject. I passed the interview and I am invited to go to Doha on July.
