i was asked to fly to the regional office for the interview. i was told i had to pay for the flight myself and then get reimbursed regardless whether i got the job or not. i was uncomfortable laying out money to an interview with a company who does not know me nor has any allegiance to me and then hope to get reimbursed.
Very awkward experience. Unprofessional. No receptionist. was standing at the front to be recognized for almost 10 minutes before someone going to the bathroom addressed me . the interview was 10 minutes in which the Manager joked about a popular song and sang a part of it and got up and excused himself. the HR person thanked me for coming. the interview was 15 minutes and my flight was almost 3 hours and then was pushed in the elevator basically not told anything and had to wait 5 hours for my return flight i paid for. Never offered me water or coffee.
very cold and stoic people and overwhelmingly unprofessional. none like i have ever seen before.

It starts with application followed by phone interview and then second and then last step is offer. It is very efficiently managed. I was asked mix of technical and behavioural questions.

Poor and really bad questions. Revealed lack of airline knowledge. I was shocked at the inability to admit fundamental challenges they face as a business. Follow up was prompt and courteous. As an employee I would be very careful about joining this organisation.
