I was called to Doha, economy ticket, and stayed at a hotel on their expenses. Next morning we went to the offices and sat on a couch waiting for 2 hours before the interview started. Ironically the other person sitting next to me was there fore the same position so we got to talk and shared knowledge and experiences. Interview started with general questions, and the management had no technical idea on what to ask and therefore it was an easy stroll to getting the job.
