Phone interview started out with the recruiter asking a lot of general computer knowledge questions, like how to minimize and maximize a window. After that, the recruiter moved on to ask a few questions about past work experiences and if I had experience taking a class remotely before and had ever been in a live online classroom with webcams before. If they like your answers, you'll be offered a job on the spot and the recruiter will then ask you to pick your work schedule that you'll have after the class ends. If you have any questions that you want to ask the recruiter you have to force them in somewhere, because the interview is fast paced and they don't seem to expect you to ask any questions, but they do explain the details of the position/requirements to you.

The process was watching an animated scene, then rating each potential answer. I thought it was basic and made sense. However I believe they want to see you choose several answers as being acceptable responses, not just one.
