The interview process is really quite extensive. I met with all three of the higher VP's of the region I interviewed in. They went over each part of my resume in detail and were ready to ask me about anything they felt pertained to the position I was applying for. You should certainly be ready to answer questions about the accomplishments listed on the your resume.
