Simple. The questions are straight forward. Be prepared to talk about your resume and why you want to work at QPWB. The process was not long or difficult. In general, the interviewers were laid back and nice.

Met with 2 partners who asked basic questions about experience and the requirements of the open position. It was a fairly quick meeting. Didn’t hear from them again, not even to say I didn’t get the job. Should have appreciated some feedback as to why I wasn’t selected.
