Had a phone interview. Followed by a in person interview. I drove 6 hours for the interview. The second round everyone was kind and I got treated to lunch with the president and other employees. The recruiter said he would follow up with a decision. I called and left voicemails 3 times in a span of 3 weeks to find out the decision, but never got a call back. You'd think if I was driving 6 hours and paying out of pocket for travel they'd have the decency to at least tell me they chose someone else
