J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez QBP (Ogden, UT) en avr. 2014
Entretien
There was an initial phone screen, a tech assessment, and then an in-person (or skype) interview. The tech assessment was online and consisted of a number of technical questions and diagrams, all relating to bicycles. The actual interview was with a panel of QBP employees, all managers, as I recall.

Standard HR screening followed by small group interview.
If you get an email offering an initial screening and make it to an interview, thats great, things go as expected and on schedule. If they don’t make an offer, don’t expect to hear back unless you reach out to them.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez QBP (Bloomington, MN) en avr. 2011
Entretien
Interview began with an IQ/skills test that took about two hours. Following that was a short phone screen and a 2:1 interview with the customer service lead and another customer service manager.
Interviewers were very casual and respectful. Conversation centered around a perceived lack of industry experience in my resume (which was fair). I had chances to make a good case for my ability to learn.
