The interview process consisted of to levels, apart from HR discussions. The open book written assessment - it was more practical and logical based, than just theoretical. The in-person/ online interview was more focused on attitude and willingness to do things, It also had the technical questions. The responses from HR was very much in place. Overall, the interview process is decent.

Easy as hell because HR is not that bright, so it was pretty easy. Second was the technical round. It was also easy, they asked very basic question like golden rules of accounting. Managers over there eat Gutka all the time, so they were pretty dumb
