The first stage was so easy, it was check to see if you can work in a tech environment and how you deal with projects. The second stage (numerical), the questions are not hard but it’s very poorly worded, so the difficult part lies with deciphering what the question is actually asking you. Third stage is the phone call interview, they ask you three questions and then tell you if you’ve passed or not. The final round was an hour strength based video interview, the questions are not hard, you just have to think of examples when you have done something that displays the strengths that they want.
Overall, it was nice, the interviewers was very transparent with the application process and what to expect. Eager to answer questions which is good considering the doubts surrounded QA. The only downside is that you can’t pick where you want to specialise in, you can only say which role
you prefer. They also want you to start immediately, so be ready to read through the contract and ask every questions you have in mind.
