applied online and some days later received a test with a one-week deadline. There was no previous interview, but I interacted with a recruiter to schedule the start date of the test.
The test was very extensive. It contained 13 non-trivial questions and problems which required you to program and explain your solutions.
I was very interested in the position, so I put a lot of effort into making the code as clean and efficient as possible, writing complete and detailed documentation, and writing clear and succinct explanations for the solutions. The test took me around 40 hours to complete. I estimate that it was possible to do in half the time if you rushed and didn't want to do everything perfectly.
After sending the test I waited for weeks without a response. I sent a couple of e-mails to ask if there were news but nothing. I was completely GHOSTED. Not even a single "no" as an answer.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't waste your time with this disrespectful company.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
One of the questions:
Please think of an algorithm that given 4 arbitrary points produces a smooth curve that connects all of them. Then write a function that takes 5 parameters (4 points and a 'time' parameter between 0 and 1) and returns the point on the curve at an arbitrary 'time'.
Please implement your method in C++ (or C# if you are not familiar with C++).
Now write a function that given an arbitrary number of points smoothly interpolates between them at a given input 'time' parameter between 0 and 1, making use of the function/functions you wrote before if appropriate. Some form of visual output is a plus.

They give you 2 tests one is regular C++ and other is Unity Project, You would get an email that looks like auto-Generated because it doesn't mention your name. You will spend 2 weeks completing this test.
After 2 weeks if they decide that you are not a good fit they will send you a rejection email, Saying that your CV isn't what they were looking for.
(You should have done your interview and screen first before wasting my 2 weeks)
They also don't provide feedback to the test which makes me pretty sure that they simply don't value the effort candidates put in the test. I doubt they even ran the code.
The rejection email will contain your name and will come from a separate email unlike the test email so I am 90% sure the first email is auto-generated and you end up wasting your time doing the test.
I would advise people to don't waste time with these people, if you really want to work here than force them to come into a call first and discuss what they are actually looking for.
Its a waste of time, don't do this test go outside and spend time with your friends and family instead of this. Don't take the test unless they talk to you for an hour in a call, they might not be looking for you anyway and will send you a test.

Complete programming test, have short interview. Just talked about workplace and goals, previous work history. Not really any technical questions or trick questions. Programmer test already covered most of that.
